Layered Design
The architecture of VaultLine is organized into four primary layers. Each layer represents a distinct responsibility, but their real strength lies in how they interact.Detection Layer
The detection layer is responsible for awareness. Every incoming request, signal, or system interaction passes through a layer that continuously evaluates behavior. It looks for irregularities, anomalies, and patterns that may indicate risk or inconsistency. This is not simply about identifying fraud or errors. A typical flow begins with a request entering the system, where it is first observed by the detection layer. The system evaluates the request in context, ensuring awareness from the very beginning. As the request progresses, it reaches the state layer, where the system records the resulting state transition. This ensures that the system always maintains a consistent and reliable representation of itself. At the same time, the recovery layer ensures that this transition can be reversed or reconstructed if necessary. The system is never in a position where it cannot return to correctness. Throughout this entire process, the audit layer records the full context of what is happening. Every step is traceable. If a failure occurs at any point, the system does not enter an undefined state. It identifies the last correct state, reconstructs the required sequence of events, and restores consistency — all while maintaining a complete trace of what occurred.Why This Architecture Works
